At FAST Group, we are starting the implementation of another project in the field of low-emission energy – this time involving the construction of a biogas-powered cogeneration unit at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Krosno.

The scope of the investment includes the construction of a complete cogeneration system with an electrical output of 357 kWe and a thermal output of 379 kWt, which will allow biogas to be used as a valuable energy source. The new unit will generate both electricity and heat, supporting the energy efficiency of the facility.

🌿For the Krosno Municipal Holding, the project means, among others:
• better utilization of biogas,
• lower energy costs,
• an additional source of heat,
• reduced emissions and more sustainable operation of the treatment plant.
